Ha Ha I love this post image
I've learned a lot from my dog. I've often thought that if more people were like dogs we'd be a lot happier.
My dog is ALWAYS happy to see me regardless what kind of mood I'm in, he greets me tail a waggin and barking his happy hi "momma's home" If he wants a pat he nudges me until he gets it. If I cry he'll come up to me & lay next to me to comfort me. He's caught many a tears let me tell you.
Now that a lesson, if we want a hug go get one, greet people as if it's the first time you've seen them, give comfort when some one needs it. U get my drift, same principals.
One other thing I've learned looking through my dogs eyes is food. Don't laugh, after the divorce I had a hard time cooking for one, it just depressed me to cook and then eat leftovers for days. one day when I was feeding my dog, who is sooooo excited to eat the same ole food EVERYDAY with the same joy like he's eating it for the first time. I thought to myself, it's just food, your body needs food so it doesn't matter if I eat taco salad for days on end. The dog does it and even likes it!!! image
