Failed,

Unfortunately, control of these issues is currently limited. That is to say that since no member of management has access to the core files for the chat software there is not much we can do about that other than to inform the support team at Yuku of the issue.

If I had access to the core files for chat there is a good chance that I could find the problem and fix it.

I am still working on the new site and am working with a new chat software from source and have been working to configure it the way we need it to work for us, with a few possible extra features, as well as adding all the animated emoticons.

For now though all we can do is inform the support team at Yuku, and I believe that this issue has already been brought up there and that the support team is working on it.

I think the main reason for this issue and the "Who's In Chat" issue as well is due to the fact that they had to revert to an earlier version of the chat software after the chat servers went down back in November of last year. I am not sure why it is taking them so long to resolve the issue(s) that lead to the downed servers but hopefully soon they will reinstate the newer or newest version of the chat software and all will be back to normal in that respect.

I wish there was more that I or any other manager could do, but at the moment we are limited to what the administrative portion of this forum allows us to do.

Sorry for the inconvenience as I know how important the lines of history in chat room are. Wish more could be done. I hate not having the control to be able to rectify any issue that may arise but in the mean time I guess we just have to make due until the new site goes up.
