I was going to post this on the main board, but I thought it is more of DCS/SC material:
Sometimes I wonder if some people here just don't like me. Not that I care (too much) about it, but I do wonder what's the point of coming to a group where I sometimes feel guilty for having found someone and gotten married again.
I'm getting sad and tired because of snarky, sarcastic comments about my current marital status. Some people tend to forget that John isn't a guy I met when trying the dating scene. He is an old friend.
It is not my fault some people haven't been successful when trying to date. And all I try to do is listen, but I obviously don't have a place here since I'm not technically divorced anymore. Then there are those who like to give free insults, but that's a story for another day.
Yeah, it sounds like a bunch of whaa whaa, but I believe that when someone hasn't done anything to hurt you, it is stupid and childish to get irritated with that person. We all have different lives, we all make different choices.
Just because I got married again, it doesn't matter my life is easier than the next person's. We all struggle every day, we all have problems.
If there are people in here who think the only way to be happy is to have someone new in their lives, I surely hope they will find it. But I don't want to be around to be treated like an outcast just because I have someone in my life.
