Hey everyone I just wanted to let all of you that do not yet know that the there is an ongoing issue with the chat room regarding the part that used to show
Names or Numbers of who's in chat.
As most of you are well aware in November of this year chat went down. It took a few weeks but the Yuku team managed to get chat back up and running. However in the process they had to roll back to an earlier version of the chat software. The earlier version of the software does not work with the Names or Numbers of Who's In Chat and that is the reason why those that go into chat are not shown in that part of the board.
The Yuku team is not sure when this will be fixed, or if they will be able to fix it so for now I suggest that those that want to use the room check the room rather than relying on the "Who's In Chat" as that part is not working. I think that this is playing part of the role of lack of participation specifically regarding the chat room.
To put it another way, we just have to go back to the way it used to be done. Just popping into chat to see if anyone is there.
Sorry for this inconvenience, it is something that is out of my hands.
